I hope everyone had a fantastic Christmas and that you're still enjoying the holidays. Christmas has always been my favorite holiday and I love wrapping gifts, seeing out-of-town relatives, strolling the outdoor malls with a Starbucks in hand while pretending it's cold outside and hosting my family's annual Christmas Eve party, BUT, I'm oh-so-glad when it's over and really glad that it only happens every 12 months!
Well, these might be a day late, but I managed to capture Santa relaxing and snacking, so I could only show these AFTER Christmas, right?
Merry Belated Christmas to All!!!
Beany
Beautiful! (is that a relative of Rudolph that you have framed?)
ReplyDelete:) This is a pretty room! The tree is great. Yes, totally acceptable to show Santa snacking and relaxing after Christmas. Ha!
ReplyDeleteGreat photos!
ReplyDeleteStylish as ever and I can totally relate to the 'I love you all, it was so lovely to see you but thank goodness it's over' =0)
ReplyDeleteLove the bright green with the red! Have the happiest of New Years!
ReplyDeleteLove the colors! Santa deserves that nap. Happy 2015 to you!
ReplyDeleteI love this scene so much! It's so bright and colourful. The tree looks really good and you put so much attention to all the other little details...the gift bags look really realistic. And I love the lantern! It looks perfect on top of the fireplace.
ReplyDeleteI'm the same way...maybe I should start my Christmas scenes in October ;) December comes and real life always seems to get in the way... Happy New Year!
Hello Beany, When I grow up I want to be just like you. Your work is awesome. I just love the way you design scenes. Just lovely! Thank you for sharing. Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThank you ladies for your super kind words! I was happy to finally do a Christmas scene. I was told by Mini Asthetics (I miss her) a couple years ago to start early and that was the ticket! I wish you all a very Happy New Year!
ReplyDeletegreat room. I like the color scheme. Great photos too!
ReplyDeleteThanks Troy!
ReplyDeleteNow that is what I am talking about. This Beany has worlds of un tapped talent. U go girl and don't let anyone say you can't or stand in your way. You are the bomb.

My goodness, thank you! Want to be my agent if I ever need one?
DeleteI love your work! I enjoy viewing your older posts, you truly have an eye for exciting interior design, it is inspiring. Your redo of the clunky Plan dollhouse was exceptional.
ReplyDeleteNeen xx
Wow, thank you! The miniatures allow me to play, cheaply! Sometimes I'm actually playing with ideas for my own dwelling. I haven't used the clunker in a while, but I do have another scene in mind for it.
